Scan a bin
Point it at the sticker on the shelf. Then say how many you took.
Think of the A1 to A6 buttons below as the stickers on your shelves and bins. Tapping one does exactly what pointing your camera at that sticker will do.

Orders
What to order, and what you're waiting on.
Physical inventory
Walking the shelf and counting what's really there. This is the only thing that keeps the numbers honest.
How to do it
- Pick a group below — start with whatever hasn't been counted in a while.
- Walk over to that part of the shelf with your phone.
- It shows you one spot at a time. Count what's actually there and type the number.
- If the number on screen is already right, tap Matches.
Stop whenever you like — it saves as you go and you can pick up where you left off.
Count the whole shelf
Every spot, start to finish. Set aside about twenty minutes.

Put your parts in
You only do this once. Three steps.
Shelf stickers
Print this page, cut them out, tape one on each spot. That's what the camera reads.
